Ćevapčići as Haute Cuisine

I always wondered how famous Ćevapčići would have looked like served a la haute cuisine. Is it possible? Yes, but only on a picture. Minimalistic presentation and Serbian food do not go well together. I mean, imagine, you get only two ćevapčića on a plate... No way! Are you kidding me?!

If you don't want to give up this idea, try my combo from the picture: ćevapčići served on Tzatziki salad, with a piece of radish, red onion, fresh mint and a sprinkle of mustard.
